At Dozer Health Inc., customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding the cancellation and refund of ancillary products purchased through our website.
You are entitled to a full refund for any ancillary product within 30 days of the effective date. This is known as the Free Look Period. During this time, you may cancel your coverage for any reason and receive a full refund of any premiums paid.
After the initial 30-day period, you may cancel your ancillary product at any time. Your coverage will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be billed again thereafter. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
